We support sample orders starting from 1 piece, and the MOQ for mass production is 3000 pieces。 Specific MOQ need to be based on product design and material usage.
We support SPCC cold-rolled steel (0.3-6mm), SUS304 stainless steel (0.5-3mm), aluminum alloy (0.8-5mm), etc. Special materials can be processed as supplied by customers.
Standard parts: ±0.05mm, Precision parts: ±0.01mm (measurement equipment such as coordinate measuring machines should be specified).
Standard process: Sampling period [3-7 days] → Mass production period [10-15 days] (urgent orders can be expedited to [5 days], with expedited fee proportions specified).
We support drawings in DXF/STEP format, physical samples, or sketches for discussion. Our engineers will assist in optimizing the design (embed an "Upload Drawing Online" button).
We use progressive die processes + secondary finishing (e.g., vibratory grinding) and conduct 100% full inspection of key dimensions (attach a video of the QC inspection process).
